What is the embedded SDK?
The embedded SDK is a developer toolkit that lets you build iDBQuery's chat-with-your-data and cited-answer capabilities directly into your own application, with the data staying local on your side. It's one of iDBQuery's deployment options, sitting alongside the cloud, your own VPC, and the air-gapped Desktop app.
Not everyone wants iDBQuery as a separate destination people log into. Sometimes you want the capability — natural-language querying with cited answers — to live inside a product you already run. The embedded SDK is how you do that.
The SDK lets your developers embed iDBQuery's core experience into your own application: users ask questions in plain language and get cited, source-traced answers, all surfaced within your interface rather than ours.
The embedded SDK is built for cases where:
