We price per workspace, per year.
Buyers think in teams and budgets, procurement signs off in annual contracts, and value compounds the more of your data you connect. Per-workspace pricing is predictable across the year, survives procurement review, and does not punish you for adding users or sources.
We do not price per seat (it punishes broad adoption, which is the behavior we want from a chat product). We do not price per token (opaque, the wrong unit, and creates surprise overages on a chatty user). We do not run a free tier (the wrong signal for enterprise buyers).
Team and Enterprise.
Team
For a single team putting its data to work. Everything you need to connect your sources, ask in plain language, and get cited answers. Cloud SaaS hosted in Canada or the EU.
Enterprise
For organizations rolling out across teams and verticals. Cross-workspace analytics, customer-VPC or fully air-gapped deployment, the Embedded SDK, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

How much does iDBQuery cost?
Per workspace, per year, with two tiers plus add-ons. We do not publish list prices. Book a demo and we will quote on your actual scope.
Why do you not show prices?
Our pricing depends on scope, deployment mode, and which add-ons you need. Public list prices would be misleading for most of our customers. We give a quote within one business day of the discovery call.
What counts as a workspace?
A workspace is a team's working environment — its connected sources, dashboards and conversations. Separate departments or business units can be billed as separate workspaces by mutual agreement.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free tier and no public trial. We run guided pilots on your real data. Book a demo to discuss.
Can we host iDBQuery ourselves?
Yes, on the Enterprise tier. Customer-VPC deployment to AWS or Azure. Fully air-gapped on-premises with the Desktop app, where data never leaves your walls.
What currencies do you bill in?
CAD for Canadian customers, GBP for UK customers, EUR for European customers, USD for US customers.
How long is implementation?
One to two weeks for a single team. Six to twelve weeks for an organization-wide rollout.
