Drag-drop a .bcfzip — every issue, viewpoint, comment and component queryable in plain English.
BCF is the issue-tracker format the BIM industry uses for clash reports, design comments and snag lists. iDBQuery parses .bcfzip files into per-source SQLite — six tables (bcf_topics, bcf_viewpoints, bcf_comments, bcf_components, bcf_documents, bcf_sync_meta) keyed by IfcGuid. Pick which IFC / APS model the BCF is about at upload time and the source page renders click-to-pin: click a topic in the issue list, the linked elements highlight in the embedded 3D viewer. Chat answers cross-source questions like 'which walls have open clashes?' by joining bcf_components.element_guid to your model's IfcGuid column.
Everything iDBQuery's BCF (BIM Collaboration Format) connector supports out of the box.
Project → Add source → BCF. The picker shows your IFC / APS / Speckle sources for the optional 'linked model' field.
Drag-drop or click to pick. BCF 2.1 and BCF 3.0 are both auto-detected.
Optional but recommended — pick the IFC / APS source the BCF references. The source page borrows its 3D viewer for click-to-pin.
Ask 'how many open clashes?', 'which walls have open BCF topics?', 'topics created this week by author'. Cross-source joins by IfcGuid happen automatically.
