iDBQuery's Excel Online connector talks to Microsoft Graph and mirrors the worksheets you select from a OneDrive or SharePoint workbook. Same TTL+webhook freshness contract as Google Sheets — the AI sees fresh data within seconds of an edit. Personal Microsoft accounts and Azure AD work/school accounts both supported via the `tenant=common` endpoint. Files.Read.Selected scope only — no broad OneDrive access. Cross-source DuckDB federation for joining workbook data against your warehouse, your APS clash data, or anything else iDBQuery is connected to.
Everything iDBQuery's Excel Online connector supports out of the box.
From your project, click 'Add source' → Excel Online. Sign in with your Microsoft account in the popup. iDBQuery requests `Files.Read.Selected` + `User.Read` + `offline_access`.
Search recent .xlsx files in your OneDrive. To see a SharePoint or shared workbook, make sure it's accessible from your account in OneDrive.
Multi-select from the workbook's worksheets. Hidden sheets are skipped by default. Excel tables become their own SQL tables (Wave 2).
Ask 'compare this month to last month from the Sales sheet' — iDBQuery runs SQL against the mirror and returns a chart. Edits in the workbook reflect on the next read.
